Dragonfly Transitions is a young adult program located in Southern Oregon. It is designed with progressive phases and a variety of living environments based on student interest and readiness. We work with students to support the transition into healthy young adult life with independence and autonomy. Dragonfly offers the opportunity for real-world experience while providing a stable, supportive environment where students can flourish. Students can attend college, volunteer, work and engage in a variety of fitness and recreational activities. The overarching goal is to support students in a sustainable and meaningful life path. No two paths are the same.
Dragonfly Transitions supports young adults on a journey of personal exploration, health, and independence. Growth and change happen through connection, community, and experience.
Operating in three locations with access to an abundance of outdoor recreation and world-renowned art and music festivals, including Shakespeare and Britt Festival, famous farmer’s markets, food cooperatives, and highly celebrated cultural events.
Dragonfly is part of Embark Behavioral Health, which is a unique organization comprised of an extraordinary family of programs, all dedicated to reversing the increasing trends in anxiety, depression and suicide in the U.S.
